Mr. Snyder has 30 years of operational aircraft maintenance experience with extensive expertise in tactical aircraft maintenance, maintenance training, and weapons system bed-down. A graduated maintenance squadron and group commander, Mr. Snyder is well known as a subject matter expert on Air Force aircraft maintenance policy having served 5 years on the ACC A4 staff as Aircraft Maintenance Policy division chief. Upon retirement, Mr. Snyder became a consultant for a large defense contractor, where he provided in-depth assessments of several site maintenance operations as well as subject matter expertise for proposal development. A graduated maintenance squadron and group commander, Mr. Jones was the Air Combat Command lead consultant on Operations and Maintenance matters. Upon retirement, Mr. Jones consulted for two large defense contractors and started a logistics-focused Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Mr. Plumb has 29 years of Air Force operational aircraft maintenance and consulting experience with expertise in large-frame mobility aircraft, DV airlift (AF-1), and C2ISR aircraft. He has Air Staff, NATO staff, and Air Logistics Center (ALC) experience. As a graduated maintenance squadron, group commander and ALC maintenance wing vice commander, Mr. Plumb is known for being results oriented and far exceeding measurable standards at the ALC and Group levels. As a consultant with an international consulting firm, he supported numerous Air Force projects, to include facilitating an Integrated Mission Generation Seminar between operations and maintenance at the group level.
